Welcome to Care 2 Care Vision Services.  We are a unique service that strives to bridge the gap between medical care and blind rehabilitation services in Michigan. Our team focuses on being available in the following ways:  

  • Offering guidance and resources to help patients adjust to permanent vision changes. 

  • Walking with patients as they discover the rehabilitation services that best support their goals for independence. 

  • Working closely with rehabilitation partners to connect individuals with the help they need—when they need it. 

 

Our overall mission is to provide patients who are experiencing vision loss greater power and control over their future by serving as a liaison between the patient, rehabilitation community, and medical service providers.
