Welcome to Care 2 Care Vision Services. We are a unique service that strives to bridge the gap between medical care and blind rehabilitation services in Michigan. Our team focuses on being available in the following ways:

Our overall mission is to provide patients who are experiencing vision loss greater power and control over their future by serving as a liaison between the patient, rehabilitation community, and medical service providers.
